Terms and Agreement

Legacy Sports LLC

1. Introduction

Welcome to Legacy Sports LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Agreement ("Agreement") govern your use of our services, programs, facilities, events, products, training sessions, memberships, camps, leagues, coaching services, and related activities.

By registering for, purchasing, participating in, or using any Legacy Sports LLC service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Legacy Sports LLC provides sports-related services including but not limited to:

• Athletic training

• Sports camps and clinics

• Coaching and instruction

• Fitness and conditioning programs

• Youth and adult sports activities

• Facility use

• Events and related programs

Services may change, be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. Registration and Eligibility

Participants may be required to complete registration forms and provide accurate information.

For participants under age 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms.

You agree that all information provided is current, complete, and accurate.

4. Payment Terms

Fees for services, memberships, camps, events, or programs must be paid according to the pricing terms presented at registration or purchase.

Legacy Sports LLC reserves the right to:

• Modify pricing

• Charge late fees where permitted

• Suspend participation for unpaid balances

• Refuse future registration due to outstanding balances

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation and No Refund Policy

All registrations, memberships, training sessions, camps, leagues, events, and program fees paid to Legacy Sports LLC are final.

Legacy Sports LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy. No refunds, credits, transfers, or reimbursement will be issued for any reason including but not limited to:

• Missed sessions

• Participant withdrawal

• Schedule conflicts

• Injury or illness

• Dismissal due to conduct violations

• Failure to attend

• Change of personal circumstances

• Weather-related delays or cancellations when rescheduling or alternative arrangements are provided

By completing registration or payment, participants and/or parents or guardians acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Legacy Sports LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make exceptions in extraordinary circumstances.

6. Participant Conduct

Participants agree to conduct themselves respectfully and safely.

The following behavior may result in suspension or removal:

• Harassment

• Bullying

• Threatening behavior

• Fighting

• Disruptive conduct

• Damage to property

• Illegal activity

• Unsafe conduct

Legacy Sports LLC reserves the right to remove participants without refund.

7. Assumption of Risk

Participation in athletic and physical activities involves inherent risks including but not limited to:

• Falls

• Physical contact

• Equipment-related injuries

• Illness

• Serious injury

• Permanent disability

• Death

By participating, you voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with participation.

8. Release of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, participants and/or parents or guardians release and hold harmless Legacy Sports LLC, its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, coaches, trainers, volunteers, affiliates, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, expenses, or causes of action arising out of participation.

This release applies whether arising from negligence or otherwise except where prohibited by law.

9. Medical Authorization

Participants certify they are physically able to participate.

In the event of an emergency, Legacy Sports LLC may seek emergency medical treatment on behalf of the participant if a parent or guardian cannot be reached.

Participants and guardians accept responsibility for medical expenses incurred.

10. Media Release

Unless prohibited in writing, participants grant Legacy Sports LLC permission to photograph, record, and use images, video, or likenesses for promotional, educational, social media, advertising, or business purposes without compensation.

Participants may opt out by submitting written notice.

11. Property and Personal Belongings

Legacy Sports LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Participants are responsible for securing their own belongings.

12. Intellectual Property

All company materials, logos, branding, training content, videos, programs, and materials remain the property of Legacy Sports LLC.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

13. Termination

Legacy Sports LLC may terminate services or participation at its discretion for violation of these Terms.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Legacy Sports LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses resulting from your actions, violations of these Terms, or participation.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in courts located in Indiana.

16. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is determined unenforceable, remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

17. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes prior agreements.
